Welcome, I'm Tiphaine
Hi there !
I'm Tiphaine - pronunce Tifen ;) -, the founder of Blissful Life ! I am a Certified Holistic nutritionist, a personal trainer and a massage therapist.
Originally from France, I have landed in Canada in 2017 and decided to call it Home since. I live in Squamish, the beautiful Coastal BC. I believe that food and movement has the power to make us feel great, improve our general happiness and that it is the best way to prevent health issues or help us deal with existing conditions.

My mission here is to help my clients with their health concerns, establish a lifelong balanced diet, and relearn healthy habits around food through nourishing meals and recipes but also self-care. I am here to accompany you in your journey toward health, in a smooth and empathic way.
