Hi there !

I'm Tiphaine - pronunce Tifen ;) -, the founder of Blissful Life ! I am a Certified Holistic nutritionist, a personal trainer and a massage therapist.

My relationship with my nutrition hasn't always been harmonious: as the vast majority of women, I went through multiple diets, always wanting to lose weight, weighting myself 2 times a day, counting calories, keeping journals, restricting myself and feeling the guilt every time I would enjoy a treat or food I thought I did not deserve...​​

It is time to start nurturing your body and soul again!
