Hey there !
Before I decided to study Holistic nutrition, I was specialized in sport and performance; through my travels and personal experiences, I realized, in addition to movement, nutrition is the key to feel great in your body and in your mind.
Our daily life is surrounded by food, and the choices we make impact directly how we feel, our long therm health, and our physical and mental performances.

I graduated with a master degree in Sport Sciences from the Lyon University in France, with a focus on strength and conditioning training. After a few years working as a strength and conditioning coach for a Pro basketball team, I started traveling, teaching scuba diving, but always kept a foot in the fitness and nutrition world, as I was competing in mountain biking and off-road triathlon events.
When I finally settled in Canada, I had decided to get back into the wellness world, studied to become a massage therapist and went to the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition in Vancouver to expend my knowledge and find ways to improve personal health and wellbeing through nutrition.
Since 2017, I’ve been helping my clients find their optimal wellness through nutrition, exercise, and massages by developing a deeper understanding of their habits and lifestyle choices. As a certified Holistic Nutritionist, Personal Trainer and Massage therapist, I aim to create a life balance that prioritizes your well-being and celebrates all aspects of your true self. I won't offer any magical diet here, I want to work with you to improve your habits around food, exercise, and your wellbeing.
