Hey there !
I'm Tiphaine - pronunce Tifen ;) -, the founder of Blissful Life ! I am a Certified Holistic nutritionist, a personal trainer and a massage therapist.

My relationship with my nutrition hasn't always been harmonious: as the vast majority of women, I went through multiple diets, always wanting to lose weight, weighting myself 2 times a day, counting calories, keeping journals, restricting myself and feeling the guilt every time I would enjoy a treat or food I thought I did not deserve. I would do hours of cardio I hated just to "fix" the fact that I had lasagnas for lunch. The worst is that I thought that was the way to go... until I started my own healing journey, to finally feel peace around food and how my body looks. I still think about food a lot, but in a positive way!

I help my clients with their relationship with food, establish lifelong balanced habits around food, body love and movement. I am here to accompany you in your journey so you can enjoy your food again.​​
Since 2017, I’ve been helping my clients find their optimal wellness by developing a deeper understanding of their habits and lifestyle. As a certified Holistic Nutritionist, Personal Trainer and Massage therapist, I aim to create a life balance that prioritizes your well-being and celebrates all aspects of your true self. I won't offer any magical diet here, I want to work with you to improve your habits around food through intuitive eating and mostly relearn to love your body.
