The initial consultation is an in-depth intake that will allow me to do a total body system assessment, we will also your goals, go through your medical history and your current lifestyle. It will allow us to work precisely with any imbalances that could underline your health concerns. From this 60 to 90 minutes first consultation, I will establish a number of recommendations to help you reach your goals.

The One or Two Month Programs include the initial consultation and follow-up consultations. I will guide you through the recommendations I will have for you (diet, lifestyle and supplements-if needed). You will be provided with weekly meal plans with recipes and detailed shopping list. It is fully personalized to your situation, your lifestyle, your goals and your cooking skills!
We will also go through your pantry and fridge, to see what are the essentials and the non-essentials to keep.
You will have my full support during the entire time, with weekly check ups, calls and emails to stay motivated.
By the end of the month, we will re-assess your symptoms and goals, and you'll leave with 3 new recommendations to help you reaching your long therm goals. ​
